Miss Venus
Venus walked into the forest, what seemed to shine in golden light. She walked on and on searching for living souls, anyone. Hello? Is anyone here? Venus was confused. It seemed that there are no equines living here. She smiled. But that was her chance to get a land. She reached the pond what seemed to be exactly in the middle of the forest. She walked on, shouthing for anyone. It really was an empty place... She sighed. But well, she wanted a land... And that was her chance, her time to shine. Venus knew that owning a land is a huge responsibility. And once she gets a herd, this will be even bigger responsibility. But she was ready. She wanted to take that on her shoulders, by the way, wasnt this what she was dreaming about anyway? She wanted it. And she wasnt going to let the chance fade. Venus realized that when a stallion wants the land, she will have to be leader with a stranger. But there is always time to get to know eachother, so, everything was good. There was nothing to lose here. And this beautiful place... All the bad thoughts faded. She was going to be leader. She really wanted to, at least. It was so beautiful here, almost like her childhood home...
Venus remembered the awful screams of horses, who were eaten by the fiercing flames. She remembered how scared she was. But she didnt want to remember. Those horrible screaming horses, the smell of burning flesh... Venus shaked herself. But past is past It will always be past. Memories.
But right now, she had to be happy, not sad .She was abut to get a land, sun was shining, what else was needed? The only bad thing here was snow. But in some odd way there was no ice on pond. Oh whatever. Pond is pond, past is past. Venus sniffed the fresh air and smiled. She even didnt notice the cold white snow around her, though she didnt like it. She was happy.
